All their social medias and website lacks engagement and not informative enough.
Assigned roles for further research on topics including:
Elevator anti-social behavior
Brand identity - Psychological empowerment
Methods to encourage reflection
Existing digital experiences
DAY 2
Key Insights:
Getting one’s attention requires putting ourselves in their shoes.
X-Prize is all about creating a trophy worthy solution with grand prizes.
How can we make people feel empowered?
DAY 3
Key Insights:
Prize can feel daunting to many.
Need to research how to boost one’s confidence.
Created an interactive and engaging experience for users in a lift.
DAY 4
Key Insights:
Users found the motion graphics overwhelming, leading to disappointment.
After reflecting on the feedback, proposed a new idea to simplify the concept by using stickers on reflective surfaces.
After discussions, the team decided to proceed with the sticker concept, aiming for a more poetic execution.
Surveyed 30 people to identify an empowering quote, ultimately choosing “Change begins with me.”
DAY 5
Key Insights:
Created the prototype and conducted user testing, successfully meeting project goals.
Received positive feedback on the approach, with some users even taking selfies with the reflective surfaces.
